hi i get this error when i try to delete a record giving the primary key, foreign key

Did you set any key fields for the Business Object ADDRESS, while defining the same using BO Designer?

For Deleting a record from the table, the connector forms the DELETE query with a WHERE clause having all the key fields defined for the BO. The values for these fields are taken from the incoming Request message.

If you have set key attribute in the BO, the problem could be that no value is coming for this field in the Request.
