When I tried to create a qmgr in local machine in mqv6, I can not do do. I can create but i can not run. I really appreciate your insight.

Also, do I need to have mqm group iin windoes domain if I want to administer remote queue managers?

So the title is entirely misleading then? Either you can create it or you can't. Which is it?

Lets assume that you can create it but not start it.......How are you trying to start it? What error messages are you seeing? Are any FDC files being created? If so what do the headers in them say? Are there any Event message being rasied on Windows? I suspect that if you do a search on this site you would find some really neat things to check that may help you.
