Hi.
Config: Windows + AIX Clients, Win2003 Server.
1. Where can I find the correct CCSID values for hebrew, for Win and AIX?
2. I know I can use SET MQCCSID on the clients.
Where would I set the CCSID on the server?

Although I'm not an English man, I localized all of qmgrs to ASCII/Latin-1. You can set the CodedCharSetId of messages.

There might be a better listing, but I use this for ccsid values:

on the qmgr, you can "alter qmgr ccsid(value)" from runmqsc.

Would that be on MQPUT?
Setting the CodedCharSetId to be the same as the server's CCSID?

You can set the CCSID attribute per messages because this attribute is independent by qmgr's CCSID.
