Very easy... write your own utility in java perhaps ?? or c#, c, c++, perl, etc....
Check out MO71/MO72 you might see some capability there too.
Usually a good monitoring software shows some capability in that field too.

Hi,
Try amqsget or other monitoring tools MQJExplorer, WMQTool, etc.
Wny not go for a program that reads the message and writes into a file. Many readymade programs or available in this site itself.
