I have tared file which I need to untar. The directory from which it was tarred does not exist in my machine and I can not create directory at the pont. I am trying to untar at diffirent directory but I could not. How I can do that?

You could try looking up the tar command with Google. I did and found this (amongst others):

You could of course use any of the other links the search turns up, I offer this one as an example without any warranty or favour.

I can personally recommend this.

Finally you could consider posting the question in a UNIX support forum not an MQ one where it would be more relevant and be answered quicker.
