Hi,

we have a MQ input/output nodes infrastructure message flows which is used by java for MQ api application.

now we want to add JMS to the front-end.
my question here is what is the real difference between MQINPUT/OUTPUT and JMSINPUT/OUTPUT node and which one is prefered here. what is the experience and comfort level of mqseriesnet users with this new node with brokerV6.

please advice if i can still use old MQINPUT/OUTPUT node with some program modifications?

thanks in Adv,
MQSIADMIN.

If using JMS from a non MQ provider you will have to use the JMS nodes.
Remember to have the providers jars on the classpath for the flow...
and possibly the context too...

Enjoy

thanks fjb_saper,

now i have IBM MQ installed and MQINPUT/OUTPUT nodes already used in the flow, will i have to change anything if JMS is the client other than taking care of RFH2 headers?

thanks in adv,
