teh queue manager is not showing up in QPasa because the command server is not running.
When i try to start it it gives me

There are no processes listed for command server so I can kill them and restart. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas as to how to solve this issue.
The rest of the queue manager operation works fine.

on MQ v 5.3 you should look onto the command queue:

DISPLAY QSTATUS(SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE) TYPE(HANDLE) ALL

Then you will see the processes (name, pid, etc.), which have opened the qqueue.
