I have MQ client and MQ Server (V6) installed on a WINXP test machine. This machine has 5 or 6 Qmgrs running all the time. I was looking at the MQ trace command. I found that the command to start the MQ TRAce is just strmqtrc and there is no parameter to specify Qmgr. I want to clarify a couple of questions before I start the trace and end up with tons of data.
1. If I start the trace on the machine with 5 or 6 QMgrs running, How can I narrow the trace just down to one Qmgr ? ( I cannot stop the other Qmgrs)
2. I also noticed that the command to start MQ client trace is also strmqtrc. What should I do if I only want to trace the client ?
Am I reading the manual right ?
