Hi all,
project is Enterprise application integration for a call center. The customer wants to implement AMiT node to enhance his error detection basically tracking.
Could anyone help me to get started with by suggesting manuals.
Thanks in advance |

"AMIT" is something of an internal name for the implmentation of technology that allows us to do "Complex Event Processing" (CEP)in the message broker. The CEP concept is extensively written about by David Luckham ("The Power of Events").
I spoke about CEP at last years T&M conference in Orlando. A simple example would be to use CEP to detect fraud at ATM's. If a copy of all ATM transactions are sent to CEP, then rules can be written to detect suspicious transactions, such as "customer has withdrawan money from two ATMs located 500 miles apart within one hour, three times in a row".
If you like, you can PM me with your e-mail and I'll send you my T&M prez, and please feel free to ask questions ... Thanks _________________ -wayne |
