How to keep track of the no of message read by the use of

a SHARED VARIABLE in

JavaComputeNode in a message flow.

I'd think you could just increment the shared variable every time your JCN gets called.

Doesn't this work?

And make sure to think about whether you need to do it in synchronized mode or not.
