Is there an advantage of using the MQPUT, MQGET, MQCMIT, etc. rather then MQQueueManager technique? Or vice versa? I am using C# and .NET.

The MQPUT, MQGET, etc is the procedural API, the MQQueueManager technique is the object oriented API.
