Hello there,

Well I want to know how can I do a perfect backup of WBI Broker V5 under AIX and DB2 database ?

I think we can call it HotBackup...

I did the following but I can't restart the broker :

Saved /var/mqsi/*
Saved /home/mqi.../*
backed up BKDB...

Restored, /var/mqsi
Restored /home/mqi.../*
Restored BKDB...

BKDB restarted Ok
Broker KO, every dataflow engines abended...

I suppose that it is impossible to make a perfect backup of Wbi message Broker when this one is UP !

I think everything needs to be down to make a "perfect" backup ....
