Guys,
for some days I got the problem, that a bar file with a size of 1.3 MB could not be deployed. Later I heard, that this was the compressed size, and the bar file size was 10.3 MB. We solved the problem by increasing the number of logs for the QMgr of the ConfigMgr and the max. msg length for QMgrs, queues and channel.
Now my question: Is it possible, to use message segmentation on the ConfigMgr, to split the bar file into pieces?

ashoon,
thanks a lot, that's exactly, what I want to know. I was told (by another group at my customers site), IBM had been recommended, to set the max msg len to 100 MB, but I would like to set this value to:
