I have QM1 running on BOX1 and QM2 running on BOX2. Both QM1 and QM2 are clustered. Now QM3 which is on BOX3 putting messages into QM1 through remote queue definition. So in in the remote queue definition, remote QM name will be QM1. Now if QM1 goes down and still QM3 WILL TRY TO put a message into QM1, where will the message go?
Please note in the remome queue definition, it is hard-coded as QM1.
Please answer.

My guess is the message will be stuck in your transmission queue on QM3 until the queue manager goes up again.
