I have found that often times my business clients do not know what sort of reports monitor and secondary software is capable of. I want to provide new clients with different options on what we could produce for them. It would help me if people would chime in with different uses their companies have found with monitor. I assume this will also be helpful to other developers in the future.
Example:
My company has used it in two different ways for two different applications.
1) Export the business measures (monthly), run them through a SAS job, import the data onto a website which has a basic spreadsheet containing all our measures and metrics.
2) Export the business measures (daily), the extract files get imported directly into an access database which generates fancy reports displaying all the measures/metrics. |

I have done a lot of pre-sales work with Monitor in a prior life, so I know there are some companies out there that use it, but I don't know details. |

| If I knew of a better method to gather the statistics monitor offers I would choose to not use monitor. It is rather finicky, but I hoped to get insight from other users. |

I am also working on it. I need to know can we customize the reports however we required? What sort of reports we can generate using Monitor other than exporting from view in Business Dashboard?
