I am just curious to know how many companies *DO* use WBI Monitor to administer their process flows.

With the limited knowledge and exposure I have with it, I didnt find it really very useful ( it cant give you information like how many times a block looped before getting completed etc).

What other options are there? We use Monitor simply to gather statistics and as an auditing tool.

workflow AUDIT TRAIL + CONTAINER tables. This guy has its own set of problems/limitations. The Application level data gets stored in a table called "CONTAINER" and its a pain in the a#% to get it out.
