Hi Guys,
My box is on a Windows XP OS and using WMQ 5.3 with CSD08. I am having a problem in starting a queue manager and when i try to attempt it is giving me this error.

" Error code 23 MYQM_QM/Queue manager WebSphere MQ Service
The service was unable to start MYQM_QM/Queue manager. The error message was reported as follows: WebSphere MQ was unable to displayan error message 7017."
I think one of my Queue manager logs have been corrupted. I am attaching the FDC log information here. Please let me know as to what I need to do inorder to start my queue manager.

did you check your log directory and all the required log files are available?

Thanks Butcher.

When I checked my active logs for the Queue manager, It was missing S0000000 log. I am not sure its got deleted accidentally from anyone. Please let me know what am I supposed to do inorder to( recreate the S0000000 log file) make my queue manager up and running.

Is this a test queue manager? If so, delete it and recreate it. There's no easy way of recreating a missing log file.

If you can't delete and recreate, you can cold start it - but this isn't recommended. Search for COLD + START in the forums and you'll find out how.
