Why the arrows keys doesn't work in runmqsc?

I'm using Sun Solaris 8 with bash. The arrows are working in the shell.

This is a limitation of runmqsc. It has no history function, so there is no way to map it to the up arrow, for instance. As far as I know, you just have to live with it...

Well just to add to this NT's runmqsc command line the up arrow actually works
Iam not sure if it is because of the shell or MQSeries.

Instead of runmqsc you can use MQSeries Explorer on Windows, if you start the command server on the unix box.
