Hi All

I get the following error when trying to setup an ODBC connection to one of the databases I have created.

Could not load translator or setup library.
The setup routines for the IBM DB2 ODBC Driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126.

Plz help.

There are lots of hits for those two phrases on Google - do any of them help get to the cause of the problem?

Hi

There is no DB2 ODBC driver in my computer. The version part in the System DSNs says "Not Marked".

Can anyone tell me what that means?

Thanks

Perhaps it means the necessary libraries were not installed during DB2 installation? What version of DB2 are you using - and is there a full installation on the machine?

Sorry, this is beyond my knowledge. But if your ODBC driver is missing, after a full DB2 installation, then I think this is something DB2 Support should provide an answer for. Did you do a full DB2 installation?
