Does anybody know why this error occurs for some Compute Nodes when migrating from mb5 to mb6:

Unable to find function or procedure named "Main" in module "abcd.." in default broker schema.

In version 6 the reference to the compute module in compute node properties have a namespace (schema) itself.
You get the described problem when that reference is in default schema (which was always the case in version 5, because there was no namespace there), but the ESQL file with the module is not, even if both objects are in the same schema!

How does your project tree looks like before and after the migration? As a workaround you should try to move your ESQL files into default schema.

I moved the ESQL files and now it works.
