Is there an FDC?

Is there sufficient space on the mq file systems?

So, there is sufficient space on the mq filesystems - they are less than 80% full.

There are no FDCs being generated.

The user you are using is in the mqm group... and you haven't messed around with the permissions on /var/mqm/ or wherever you installed?

Did you answer 'yes' to the DCE option when you installed MQ ?
