I apologize if these issues I list are fixed in Version 6 of MQ...

Has anyone found a way to use runmqsc and repeat a line previously entered, like Windows up arrow or UNIX esc-k ? I think the runmqsc environment is a little unforgiving..

Up arrow works just fine for me on Windows XP with v6.

Also Esc-K is not a unixism. It's a korn-shell-using-vi-mode-ism.

More sensible shells use up arrows.

Command line editing using ksh and vi.

$ ksh
$ set -o vi
$ stty erase ^?
$ echo "dis ql(QUEUE.NAME)" | runmqsc

use ESC-K to recall the line and edit it using vi commands
