Is there any reason that a WMQ client connection table would not work with a WebSphere Application Server queue manager?

As there would be multiple entries in the client connection table, would there also have to be multiple JNDI entries for the WebSphere Application server?

You mean, aside from the fact that it is only in v6 of MQ that the Java API supports client connection tables?
