Project Lead Position:
To proactively lead, contribute to and support an ongoing variety of EAI projects for EAI Group, and provide backup support for the Deployment activities as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the completion of deliverables in each phase of the Project Methodology.
• Track and report project progress.
• Ensure issues are thoroughly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
• Evaluate for effectiveness and design new project development/tracking tools.
• Prepare presentations and project documentation.
• Perform data gathering, analysis and design with minimal supervision.
• QA promotion request documents for consistency with objects.
• Import and Export MQSI objects between various Configuration Managers.
• Deploy WMQ, WMQI or CROSSWORLDS/ICS OBJECTS to Broker environment.
• Manage the creation and/or updating of all supporting EAI documentation.
• Interact effectively within a team environment.
• Prepare activity and progress reports regarding individual activities.
• Conduct training as required.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field.
• 5-7 years work experience required, 2-4 years of project management experience preferred.
• Familiar with EAI monitoring and administration including WMQ, WMQI, and CROSSWORLDS(ICS).
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, listening, and interpersonal).
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Limited supervision will require strong initiative and excellent time management skills.
• Must work with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, and a clear purpose while under pressure in a very dynamic environment. Must be capable of managing
