I have input and output containers mapped. I now want to unset the original mapping and map only specific members and use defaults values for some members. I have mapped the individual elements and set default values for the rest but my activity still seems to be mapping the entire original container. Do I need to unset/reset the original mapping. If so, how do I do it.

Thanks for any help in advance :-)

Hi sam999,

When you say that you have

Quote:
set default values for the rest

do u mean that you have populated that variable with some default value IN YOUR CODE...??

If u've done that, then the value will be carried forward,

If you have put the value in the Container mapping(drag and drop), then know that, the value that you have put in the Container Mapping will be populated in the Input Container of the next WorkItem, only if the value in the previous Output container is not available i.e i think NULL....

I'm not very sure but I think i'm somewhat right

Do try and let me know too...long time since I worked on this.

regards.
