Hi Gurus,

I like to know how to find the port to which the agent controller is listening to in Windows as well as Aix. Also how to assign a port to an agent controller?

What are the components to be installed to monitor the process of a message flow running in AIX; like do we have to install any plugin specific to AIX along with usual agent controller for windows?

On unix, there's a file in the <RAC install>/config directory that specifies the port number RAC is to use (see the serviceconfig.xml file). I assume there must be an equivalent on windows (or perhaps a registry setting?)

All you need is RAC installed. The broker tolkit comes with the needed plugins.

Actually, in windows its in the same place as unix (allowing for the slashes to be going the WRONG way).

By default it is 10002. If you have FP04 or later this is configurable.
