broker was stop started. now there is a start status message on the system.broker.control.queue.

the bip processess are up. and a list shows that the data flow engines are up aswell. the broker is not responding.

the control queue is still staying at that depth one.

queue is kept open by this amqrmppa -m qmgrname process.

on a deploy, the messages sit on the system.broker.executiongroup queue and the queues has no input use count.

list shows that the execution groups are running.
