Hello !

I installed EIP 7.1.2, MQSeries 5.2 and MQSeries Workflow 3.3.2
on Win NT 4.0 SP 6a.

When I try to create a user in the Enterprise Portal Administration (which is an EIP Tool), I get this error :
DGL2521A : Workflow service not available
even though both services MQSeries Workflow 3.3 - FMC and IBM MQSeries are started.

Does anyone know where the problem come from ?

I suggest that you run one workflow sample program to locate where is the problem. Maybe there are something wrong with EIP configurations.

Thanks for your help !

In fact I was missing some MQSeries Workflow files needed for EIP to work with MQSeries. I could get these files from an IBM consultant and it now works.
