Hi,
I'm running under a Windows XP-System and JBoss a web application which sends files to Websphere MQ V6.0 which is located on an i5.
For connection MQ i am using jms.
The System only connects, when i set the jvm-property "user.name" to a user, which is located on the i5.
If i don't do so, the System always tries to connect with the windows user.
My Problem is MQ does not care about the password, which i send to the i5.
For security i only want to establish a connection if the jms-system has the right user / password combination which is known by the i5.
How do i realize this?
Hope You can help me.
Thanks,
steffen
Here is how i initialize the ConnectionFactory.
MQConnectionFactory connectionFactory = null;
MQConnectionSecurityParameters csp = new MQConnectionSecurityParameters();
csp.setCSPUserId(username);
csp.setCSPPassword(password);
csp.setAuthenticationType(MQC.MQCSP_AUTH_USER_ID_AND_PWD);
connectionFactory = new MQQueueConnectionFactory();
connectionFactory.setHostName(hostName);
connectionFactory.setPort(port);
connectionFactory.setChannel(channel);
connectionFactory.setQueueManager(queueManagerName);
connectionFactory.setTransportType(transportType);
connectionFactory.setFailIfQuiesce(failIfQuiesce);
connectionFactory.setUseConnectionPooling(true);
