Functional Title: IT PA-Programming Analysis Senior
Position Description: The position is located in PasadenaQuality Assurance Analyst - Sr
Candidates will participate in middleware environment team to ensure the testing/production environments are stable and available for the users. The person will be deploying software into the middleware environments under a tight library control. The person will be required to troubleshoot the middleware environments when needed. The person will be performing connectivity testing among different environments/platform. The person will execute scripts, provide documentation and resolve defects/issues. The person will convert WMQI version 2.1 code to WBI version 5 code, and test the code.SOFT SKILLS: * Must have excellent communication skills. * Must have knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and best practices, Development Life Cycle and methodologies experience. * Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across departments. Financial, medical billing, health insurance, claims or clinical systems testing preferred * CANDIDATES MUST BE SELF STARTERS WITH LITTLE SUPERVISION.* Prefer to know HL7 protocol.TECHNICAL SKILLS: * Must know Unix * Must know WMQI/WBI and MQ Series* Ability to decompose design documents to implement the components for the environment. * At least 5 years in testing and supporting environment or equivalent experience.* Experience with TestDirector is preferable but not required.* Prefer to know HL7 protocol* Overall Experience: 7-10 Yrs. Contract Location: California Work Site: 4460 Hacienda Dr. Bldg A 4th Flr. Pleasanton CA
