I am having problem using the JMSAdmin tool to create JMS admin objects on a linux box. I get the following when I run the tool.

JNDI initialization failed, please check your JNDI settings and service

The JMSAdmin tool config file is set up as follows;

INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory
PROVIDER_URL=file:/home/mqm/jms/jndi

In other words, I am using a filesystem as the store for the admin objects.

Does the PROVIDER_URL point to the location where the store is held?

The CLASSPATH is set to;

CLASSPATH=/opt/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mqbind.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mq.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/com.ibm.mqjms.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/connector.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/jms.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/jta.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/jndi.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/ldap.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/providerutil.jar:/opt/mqm/java/lib/fscontext.jar:
