Hi,
Is it possible to update a wokflow user id? We have a case where a user has changed surname and the login they use is initial+surname and they would like the user id changed to the new surname. Or do I have to define a new person and then transfer work items?
Thanks

It is my opinion that you will need to add the new id, transfer the work, then delete the old id.
Note, that I have never done this, this is simply what I think you will need to do. _________________ John McDonald

Hi,
Well I thought that was going to be the case, as I could not find anything in the manuals about this. I think my approach will be to define the new 'person' and then tell the user to finish up their work on the old account and then swap over.
Regards

Pete:
Good plan... just be sure that you eventually delete that old ID from the RTDB. _________________ John McDonald
