This is contract to hire and requires a face to face interview with the client
(need on local people to Chicago Area )
(6 months duration)

Client Location Riverwoods, IL 60015
Job Description
Message Position includes WebSphere engineering, problem determination, performance tuning, maintenance and upgrades client's WebSphere environments from Development to Production.
Client has over 80 applications, including our core applications, running on WebSphere. These are both browser and java clients implementing SOA.
This is a WebSphere Engineering position, not application programming.
Skills Required
3(+) years hands-on industry experience in WebSphere Production Environment - performance analysis, implementation, maintenance, and technical documentation.
Experience with WebSphere versions 4 and/or 5. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
Must have reasonably stable job history and excellent work ethic /high sense of urgency.
Skills Desired:
WebSphere versions 4 and 5, AIX, CTG, DB2Connect, Mercury LoadRunner, RMI, SOAP, TCP/IP, Apache, Production Support, WebSphere MQ, J2EE 1.2 and 1.3 architecture, and Object Oriented principles.
