Can someone please help me with this ?

I'm having a problem getting a sender channel on OS/390 to connect to
my reciever channel (running on AIX 4.3.3).
The sender from AIX to OS/390 works fine.

In the /var/mqm/qmgrs/XXXX/errors/AMQERR01.LOG i get :

AMQ9228: The TCP/IP responder program could not be started.

EXPLANATION:
An attempt was made to start an instance of the responder program, but the
program was rejected.

in /var/mqm/errors/AMQERR01.LOG i get :

AMQ6119: An internal MQSeries error has occurred ('A file or directory in the
path name does not exis' from iconv_open.)

and in the AMQ30852.0.FDC I find this :

The AIX qmgr is using CCSID 819 and the OS/390 is using 277
could there be a file missing in the /usr/mqm/loc/iconvTable ?
(# ls -l /usr/mqm/loc/iconvTable | grep 819
# )
