When I set in the ESQL
MQMD.ReplyToQmgr = '';
-> the MQ fills in the name of my queue manager in the output message.
Is there any possibility to let this field empty (blank) in the output message?

No. The qmgr always fills this field in.

Why do you want the field to be blank?

If it is to make the reply msg go through cluster processing to find the reply-to qmgr, create a qmgr alias with a blank QMNAME, and put the qmgr alias name into the ReplyToQMgr field.

This technique is discussed in the Clusters manual and on this forum in several threads.
