Hello all,

My issue:
I've uninstalled a mqsi 2.1 config manager(keeping the data).
I then started installing WBI v5, but it did not detect that the 2.1 version was previously installed(as it says it should on page 210 of the redbook).

Perhaps because it was not installed in the default directory?
How can I get around this?
