When I deployed msg flow to broker in HP/UX, I found that one msg flow uses almost 100M memory. But I have 68 msg flow, how can decrease the memory?

Hi,
Do you have 68 msgflows or 68MB bar file? If you have 68 messge flows, what is the size of the bar file that you are trying to deploy? Examine the message that is being sent as a result of the deploy and try to decrease the number of flows in the bar file so that you can deploy multiple bar files rather than one big chunk |

It is 68 msg flows
System environment is below
Win2k + SP4
ConfigMgr 5.0.6(CSD06), with DB2 8.2, MQ 530.8 (CSD8), Rational Agent controller 6.0.1 (have tried 5.0.2 before,updated now)
HP/UX PA_RISC 11i, patch details is in swlist.txt, kernel is in kernel.conf
execute 'who -r', it reports HP/UX run-level 3 oct 9 14:45 3 0 S
Broker 5.0.6(CSD06), with DB2 8.2, MQ 530.10(CSD10),Rational Agent controller 6.0.1 (have tried 5.0.2 before,updated now)
java version 1.4.2.04, path is /opt/java1.4 ( It is HP's JDK)
Msg flow will operate database Oracle9.2.0 and with lots of RouteToLabel and compute nodes, I have created broker based on both DB2 and Oracle successfully. It shows that ODBC is OK. Now we use DB2 as broker's database and operate business data in Oracle 9i.
.profile belongs to user db2admin who operate message broker with enough authority.
env.txt shows the environment for user db2admin
With issue belows:
1. Can't debug with agent controller
Installed with 'java -Djava.complier=NONE -jar setup.jar'
RAStart.sh starts the RAC and ps -ef|grep, I can see the process RAServer
before attach the msg flow, netstat -an|grep 10002, can see the port listening
after attach icon clicked, can see connection estableshed with 10002 port
I started with order of RAC->broker->toolkit,and add lots of environment variables in .profile.
But see nothing in toolkit and report no error.
2. All msg flow is OK in win2k, but can't run normally in HP/UX
There are 2 kinds of msg flow here, one is the real application, the other is my test msg flow with only MQInput, Compute, MQOutput node.
My test MsgFlow is OK in Win2k, but after deployed to HP/UX, the message can't pass the compute node and went to error queue.
If I use a easy flow with MQInput and MQoutput node, it is no problem in HP/UX and it will consume very little memory with DataFlowEngine process. But after I added the compute node, when I deploy the bar, DataFlowEngine will consume almost 100M each time for deployment. So, after I deployed 6 msg flow, DataFlowEngine's memory is more than 1024M and can't deploy the 7th Msg flow. After restart the broker, the memory will increase to the number before. In face, we have 68 msg flow now, and they are not very complicated. You can see the real program in attchment.
servive trace is in flowservice_debug.txt and syslog is in wmqisyslog.
All config, trace and log files in attachment. They are all for the test flow with only MQInput, Compute, MQOutput node. |
