Did anyone else notice that CSD08 and CSD09 for multiplatforms have disappeared off IBM's support site? I was trying to mirror the configuration on an existing server and the package is gone. (I found it somewhere else on my machine.) Did something fatally wrong with CSD09? _________________ Patrick Goodhart

Yes. CSD08 and CSD09 had bugs (JMS Header issue is one of them).
CSD10 has fixes for those bugs.

Thanks guys for filling in the blanks. I wish IBM would put something up explaining what is going on other then just pulling the download with no explaination. _________________ Patrick Goodhart

Well, y'know how it is - posting a "oops, we completely buggered up" message to all users doesn't look that good

when you upgrade the server to csd 10, do you suggest upgrading the client to csd 10? |

I always like to keep my Client Servers up to the same service level as my MQManager Servers. _________________ Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial. |

This is not mandatory, and judging from experience everything works fine with different CSD levels; but i'm with csmith, it is preferable to keep things levelled. |

In fact, if my MQ network is heavily client-centered, I'll upgrade the clients before I upgrade the servers. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
