Can this be done?

We end up in trouble if we need to rename a cluster or delete it.
We also found, that if we delete a queuemgr without first let it leave the cluster we could not eventually allocate it on another machine.
The guy from IBM stated something about repository information remaining for 90 days in these cases.

Could someone pse sort out the concepts?
