Hi,
We have two Websphere MQ installed in Windows 2k system having Static IP.
We have configured a sender channel in one system and receiver channel in the other system and we were able to transmit messages.
But if we try to create a new sender channel in the second system and a new receiver channel in the first system(i.e) if we try to send the message the other way around, we are getting some error.
The error log states the following.
EXPLANATION:
An unexpected error occurred in communications.
ACTION:
The return code from the TCP/IP (ioctlsocket) call was 10038 (X'2736'). Record
these values and tell the systems administrator.
----- amqccita.c : 1727 -------------------------------------------------------
9/19/2005 20:27:35 - Process(1404.9) User(MUSR_MQADMIN) Program(amqrmppa.exe)
AMQ9213: A communications error for TCP/IP occurred.
The Event viewer in the windows boxes also gives the same error.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

I would also emphasize my request that anyone hitting the 10038 issue sends me the process explorer (www.sysinternals.com) list of dlls loaded into runmqlsr including full paths. Its trivial to do and only takes about 30 seconds.
Change lower pane view to dlls, show full paths, then click on runmqlsr, then save as to archive the list, and PM them to me.
Thanks! |
