Downloaded Support Pac ia0x.zip to temporary directory
Unziped the files with Power Archiver to temporary directory ia0x
wbimbv5-path = C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers
Copied ftpdnode.jar to wbimbv5-path\jplugin
Copied ftpd.jar to wbimbv5-path\bin
Copied v5.0 toolkit files to wbimbv5-path\eclipse\plugins\com.ibm.ftpd

Restarted Message Broker Tookit (using toolkit v5.1) with this bat file:
"C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers\eclipse\mqsistudio.exe" -clean -data C:\Workspaces\WBIMB50 -vmargs -DDomainAware=0

Opened a new *.msgflow file, FTP Node is not in the palette for selection.

You should go back and reexamine what you put into ...eclipse\plugins.

Had to modify the versions of files referenced in plugin.xml to match the toolkit v5.1.
