Hi Guys,

I have a toshiba laptop with windows xp home, I also want to install unix os on it. But before that, i want to make sure which unix platform would u guys recommend(redhat or fedora core 4 or solaris 10). any one had anyproblems with MQ on Solaris 10. Any comments will be appreciated.

I'm running Fedora Core 3 on my laptop and have been using both V5.3 and V6.0 without any problems. (again, it's not a supported platform).

Thanks for ur reply. What about solaris 10(free version u get on net). Does any one have any problem with mq 5.3 on solaris 10

There are no Solaris/Intel versions of MQ.
