Folks,

I have noticed a very strange behaviour while working with my MQ setup here. I am using the JMS interface to put messages into an IN Queue. What I see is that, all the messages get moved to the DEADLETTER Queue very quickly, when there is no consumer on the IN Queue. If the consumer is connected to the broker, I see 75 % of the messages moved to DEADLETTER Queue.
While pushing the messages using the JMS interface, I am using the send(Message message, int deliveryMode, int priority, long timeToLive) method from the JMS QueueSender interface. The timetoLive parameter does not seem to have any effect, per se.
Any thoughts / ideas as to where I could be going wrong ?

TIA,

Regards,

Vasu.

If you have Message flow listsneing on this queue and your are not connected to proper output node or if the output queue doesn't exist, the messages may go to DLQ.
