Hi,
I find some of the postings deleted/blank. When you click on a topic and find only replies to the topic without the issue, its sometimes confusing to understand what exactly the reply is for. Brandon could you please ensure that users dont delete of their postings. In the jobs sections its fine but lets not do that in the other sections.
Cheers!

I don't let users delete their own postings. We would have all sorts of problems with that anyway. If person A makes a post, and persons B and C reply to that post, what happens if A could delete the original post? Well, the replies would have to be deleted to because they aren't part of any thread anymore. What I do allow is for users to go back and edit their postings. Some users use this to basically "delete" their posting by clicking edit, and blanking out everything they typed. So it looks like a blank post. However, any responses that come after this one won't be affected... I could turn off editing, but I don't want everything to be set in stone. If other people make mistakes as often as I do (usually realizing it 5 minutes after I make the post) it's handy to go back and fix it...
