We are trying to install NEON onto an AIX server. When the NEON install routines ends there are no tables to store the formats that we want to import from another system so the nnfie import command doesn't work.
Any iea?

Did you run inst_db to create the database?

The database was created by our DB2 administrator.

Thanks to all contributers.
I 've now been able to populate the NEON formatter database tables. However the broker will not connect:-

Error connecting to NNSY format database using session name 'MQ
SI_PLUGIN'

We've tried a stop / start of the broker but this hasn't helped.

so what are the details of MQSI_PLUGIN in your config file (nnsyreg.dat I think) and what 'session' did you use to import the definitions using NNRie and NNFie ? (compare those and you should find your answer)
