Hi All,
how can i change the DSN user id in WMQI v2.1. I am running on WMQI v2.1 with CSD 05 on Windows 2k platform.

R u referring to ur config or broker DSN ??
You can change it in Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->ODBC..
u'll find System DSN in the tabs...select the DSN u want ot chnage and configure....
Is this what u want or ur referring to something else ?? |

Ok can u explain what is the error ur facing or why u need to change the user id....
If this DSN is for some database in ur compute node, then just Remove the DSN and Add it again....
What is the user id for ur 2k login and for this database login ?? are they different ?? |

If you used the -u option when you created the broker, then you can't "change" it. You can only delete and re-create the broker.
If you didn't, the the same ID is used as -i, the serviceID. This can be changed with an mqsichangebroker.
