Experts,
I have one unique requirement, I am using one main flow containing many input nodes(for example 4). I have to deploy the message flows in 2 different locations of my customer. In the main flow out of 4 input nodes 2 nodes belongs to one location and the other 2 to another location, in other words 2 queues are used by one location and other 2 queues are used by another.
The problem is BAR file is generated in one location and deployed in both locations, but each location have only those queues which they own.
Whenever broker check the mq configuration it throw the error in system error log that
Quote: |
Node failed to open Websphere Business Integration queue <queuename> owned by queue manager <qmgr> : completion code 2; reasoncode 2085. .... |
this error message does not affect the performance. but I want to stop this perticular error logging in to the system error log as per my customer's request.
One solution is to create all the 4 queues in both the locations, but this is not accepted by my customer...
Experts kindly pass on your suggestions/tips to stop this particular error logging in to the system error log.
regards.

Are you using v5? Then you can modify the deployment descripter before you deploy, to set the two queues you aren't using to something like SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE.
You won't be able to "solve" this problem, that I know of, without creating two different bar files. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Thanks Jeff. Yes I am using V5, could you pls. guide me how will I modify the deployment descriptor before deploy.
Temporarily I found a solution of creating alias queues, which stopped the error messages in system log.
