Hi Friends,
I am new to AS/400 environment . I need to create MQ Environment on same O/S but ...
1)i found that runmqsc <QMGR Name> < IN.mqsc > Out.txt is not supported when i go to command line (using STRQSH).....
How can I do it ...
2)Can I not create Q manager from command line in AS/400 ...with crtmqm <QManager Name>.............
3)I created the Q manager(Through options available),Started Q manager, started Command Server,Listner but my channelInitiator is not comming up ......It is giving me error "Can not Open the Q manager "
will be helped with any additional information,as how to work with MQ Series on AS/400

Hi Pankaj ,
RUNMQSC is possible in AS400 in qsh mode .
It would not be available by default as it would say that the command runmqsc not found .
1) You will need to do the following to get the runmqsc work
ADDLNK OBJ('/qsys.lib/qmqm.lib/runmqsc.pgm')
NEWLNK('./runmqsc')
It is like setting the path on windows .
2)STRMQMMQSC is the other option .
