can any one kindly help how to compile sample programs using 'cl' compiler..

is it possible through Turbo 'c' Compiler?

What is your problem? You can use any C / C++ compiler for your application program. The Programming Guide has some example commands how to invoke a compiler and linker in different operating systems. If you are talking about cl.exe of Microsoft it is definitely described in the Programming Guide.
