Hi

My MQ application is moving to new Solaris server with SAN filesystem from local filesystem ( /opt)

what are the steps should i take important.

Option one
1) Do i need to reinstall the MQ on new server with saveqmger.oldMQ

(OR)
Option two
2) mount/remount steps like
copy from /opt/mqm to SAN /DATA1/ file system

please let me know before doing migration to take necessary steps and bestway to do . if i missing any thing.......

the best way?

install MQ from scratch on the new server, apply the latest CSD, recreate the QM from the backup MS03 file.
